BUILDERS GUILD SERVICES
Our association with the Builders Guild, An organization offering great benefits & services to General contractors Nationwide, has one purpose. To increase the builders bottom line. To join the guild, or simply get info. contact: HBR.guild@gmail.com
I heard or read that the "builders guild" has a program for it's builder members to get their building plans, even custom plans, for no money out of pocket and pay at a later date. Also, what are the quality of the plans and what do I do to join the "guild"?
Rolf- Il., Yes, among other programs offered to the builders guild members the plan cost deferral program is very popular among general contractors. It allows the builder to defer the cost of the plans until the point of sale. That being said Rolf, the percentage of new homes the guild members sell before completion using plans from this program is 94.7%...not bad in the given economy. Another popular program offered by the Builders Guild is a National client referral base.
